Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of the digital product Renovation Budget & Project Tracker (the “Product”) from Boss Mode (“we”, “us”, “seller”). By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. We sell digital downloads internationally (including AU, US, UK, CA, NZ).

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, applicable sales taxes, invoicing and refund processing for purchases are handled by Paddle as reseller. We never receive your full card details. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Paddle’s Refund Policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

3. The Product

The Product is a one-time digital download (not a subscription) consisting of an Excel workbook, a Google Sheets–compatible workbook, an illustrated User Guide (PDF), and a Quick Start guide (PDF). It is an organising and budgeting worksheet tool only. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, architectural or building advice. Figures, formulas and examples are estimates and organisers for your own inputs. You remain responsible for verifying costs with licensed professionals (builders, architects, accountants, lawyers) before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software, or any particular renovation outcome or cost saving.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the product page before you pay (launch offer US$14; regular US$19, or as otherwise displayed at checkout). Local taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Payment is processed by Paddle. You can review and correct order details in the Paddle checkout before confirming payment.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, download links or files are provided by email and/or fulfilment instructions associated with your Paddle order. Delivery is electronic only. If you do not receive access, contact [email protected] with your order ID, and/or Paddle via paddle.net.

6. Licence

We retain all intellectual property in the Product. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, or claim the templates as your own product.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Product or this website for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, infringement of others’ rights, malware, probing, scraping, or to interfere with our site’s security or with Paddle’s systems.

8. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, UK/EU consumer law, or other mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, renovation cost overruns, or reliance on spreadsheet figures without independent professional checks. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, except where liability cannot be limited by law. This does not exclude or limit rights that consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
